## Objective:

With more than nine years of extensive hands-on experience in deploying, maintaining and designing IP network, working first as an IP deployment engineer, IP MPLS support engineer then as IP MPLS support team leader in Morocco Telecom, mastering tree world largest vendors : Cisco, Huawei and Alcatel. + Internet peering redesign: redesigning BGP policies to assure a symmetric traffic behavior toward and from other ISPs.

+ Managing a team of 11 engineers and interfacing with Top management and national wide regional entities.

+ Providing L3 support to the maintenance team.

+ Planning all backbone integration events, control project processes for capacity expansion, node integration and/or new service introduction.

+ Responsible of supervising regularly all the activities on the network with more than 700 nodes and 12 platforms. (CISCO and Huawei based Backbone/ Alcatel and Huawei based IPRAN network).

+ Troubleshooting and Commissioning new services/clients in MT Cisco backbone (network exclusively reserved for enterprises services: MARNIS, RNIS/Leased line, VPN LL /Leased Line, ADSL VPN,3G VPN, VPLS, LAN To LAN, EoMPLS).

+ Troubleshooting and Commissioning new services/platforms in MT Huawei backbone.

Project #1: MT IP/MPLS Backbone deployment from scratch.

+ Configuring and handling the project during the implementation phase (Huawei NE80E as P and NE40E as a PE).

+ Site survey, service configuration and acceptance tests.

+ Handover to the maintenance team.

Project #2: MT IP Metro Aggregation Network deployment from scratch.

+ configuring the RPR rings (4 10G rings) and the metro Ethernet (8 regional aggregation network, Huawei MA5200 as BRAS, SW 9300 as RPR switch and SW8505 as access switch).

Project #3: MT IPRAN (Radio Access Network Backhauling) deployment from scratch.

+ Configuring and handling the project during the implementation phase (Alcatel based SR 7750, SR7 and SR12, SARF and SAR8).

+ Handling 3G RAN swap (Swapping Node B with new MBTS, Integrating MBSCs).

Project #4: DSLAM migration from ATM to IP.

+ providing insight into traffic consumption to prevent outage and build a clear view of the company's overall upstream transit capacity for current and future capacity requirements.

Project #5: MT Whole Mobile Network migration from TDM to IP (MGW, TMGW, HLR, STP, MBSC,NodeB):

+ Defining the required prerequisites for 2G/3G/CDMA transport.

+ Defining the optimal QoS template for transporting voice and signaling traffic.

+ Provisioning and integrating the new services (Backhauling Mobile Network).

+ Tracking QoS problems and KPI conformance.
