Mental illness include Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Depression, Eating Disorders, Bipolar, Mania, delusional, hallucinations, self-harm and violence including all acute and chronically ill. Charge nurse on the unit of twenty-six patients, nursing interventions and documentation, case finding, health teaching/counseling and provision of supportive and/or restorative care, participates in staff training, prepares clinical and administrative reports, maintains infection control standards and distribution of medications and responsible for maintaining inventory standards for medicines, controlled drugs and narcotics.
