Organizational experience:

Worked as an Executive -Production with Deepak Novochem Technologies Ltd, Lote (Maharashtra) since September 2010 to Jan 2013.

Professional synopsis:

TECHNICAL PREVIEW:

Adept in handling start-up and shutdowns of plants.

Knowledge of PFD, PBD, P&ID’s & Data sheets of the Equipments.

Through dedicated and sustained efforts, optimized resource utilization, enhanced quality, reliability, process efficiency and reduced operating costs/ expenses.

An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal & managerial skills.

Knowledge of unit operation like: -

Tubular Reactor, Vacuum distillation, Atmospheric distillation, Extraction Column, Scrubbers, Vaporizer, Decanter, Flacker, Cyclone separator, Stigma mixers, Centrifuge and pushers.

Heat exchangers (Shell & Tube) Heat Recovery Units, Reboilers, Steam Generators, Vacuum Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps.

Knowledge of Troubleshooting. And good hands on PLC SCADA.

Monitor and control manufacturing process of Cresols & Xylenols and their derivatives by Gas Phase Reaction Technology and resolve operational problems.

PROJECTS:

2,5 Xylenol & Tri Methyl Phenol Project:

Erection & Commissioning of 2,5Xylenol & Trimethyl Phenol Plant.

commissioning of various process equipments like Scrubber, Distillation Column, Storage Vessels, Reboilers, Condenser, Heat Exchanger, Steam Generator System.

Polyester and Polyurethane project:

Commissioning of Batch & continuous stirrer tank reactors, fluid flow evaporators, Auto packing machines.

CHEMICAL PLANT AND UTILITIES MANAGEMENT:

Effluent Treatment Plant, Cooling Tower, Thermo Pac Boiler, Steam Boiler, thermic fluid heater.

PROCESS EQUIPMENT HANDLED:

Bubble Cap Tray Distillation Column, Packed Structured Distillation Column, Centrifugal Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Various types of Heat Exchangers, Blower, and packed bed, batch continues stirrer tank reactors, FFE etc.

CHEMICALS HANDLED:

Handling and storage of Hazardous and Flammable Chemicals like Phenol, Methanol, Toluene, Sulfuric Acid, TDI, MDI, Ethyl Acetate, wide range of polymers and adhesives etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Management:

Manage plant activities including production & maintenance.

Establish departmental quality systems and procedures as per ISO 9001Standard and ensure their continued compliance through regular internal audits.

Plan and undertake production, motivate production team and achieve productivity and quality targets.

Ensure compliance of statutory safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.

Maintain production records, handling shift production.

Undertake regular preventive & predictive maintenance for improved process reliability and reduced downtime.

Process and Plant Safety & Pollution Control:

Ensure safety of plant and personnel in the Highly Hazardous and Flammable Chemicals and control environmental pollution. Responsible for Departmental Safety.

Human Resource Management:

Develop team spirit by maintaining harmonious relations on shop floor.

Enhance production skills and competencies of employees through mentoring and training.

Assess and improve performance through feedback.
