In this position I was responsible for all the logistics and supply chain operations for the entire North American market for flowers, seeds and unrooted cuttings. These products are produced in production locations in Guatemala, Mexico, North Carolina and Alva Florida. From those locations we supply the cuttings and seeds to customers in the United States and Canada, and also to three rooting stations which are located on both the East and West coasts of United States. I was also responsible to make sure we supply the seeds from our hub in Gilroy, California to all regions including North America, Europe and Asia, with North America being 80% of the business. With my team, we were able to significantly reduce the operations cost and deliver a solid financial performance which allowed the company to reduce the standard cost of our products by 20%.
