Dear Hiring Manager,

Upon reading the job description you have posted, I am extremely interested in the position available. I feel I would be a good fit because not only do I enjoy learning but I am confident in my ability to learn. Continued growth is important to me in my position.

I have recruiting experience in a multi state environment sifting through resumes, conducting first interviews, running background checks and drug screens, and experience with orientation and new hire paperwork. Other responsibilities include but are not limited processing payroll, maintaining personnel files, and having a high level of confidentiality. I understand in this position how critical data integrity, organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking are. My Executive Admin role was to provide support to the Chief Energizing Officer, as I have filled in for the Executive Assistant to CEO for an extended period of time. My Executive Admin responsibilities include completing expense reports, announcing monthly staff milestones, maintaining a multitude of corporate inventories, and various tasks or projects for the CEO. One of my accomplishments includes a promotion from Corporate Administrative Assistant to Assistant to HR and Executive Admin in only a year. Another accomplishment is creating processes for different tasks that any staff member in my position can use to better understand and complete the task. I would like to grow with a company that is passionate about what they do, exceed management’s expectations and thrive in my career. My educational goals are to later obtain a PhD in Psychology with a focus on mental health so that I may have my own business to help adults seeking help.
