Role: PEGA System Architect

Description:

The objective of the project is to migrate existing customer call center application to Pega CPM framework. They also used Pega FSIF framework. The project used Pega CPM framework to configure interaction driver, CTI integration and various service tasks for the user. The service tasks encompass various tasks done by financial call center such as dispute transaction, address change, payment research. Project developed portals for both users and managers. The CPM application was integrated with back end systems of record for card transaction, document servers and letter systems.

Responsibilities:

Developed all the interfaces required to communicate with Cross commits using MQ,

JMS, SOAP and File.

Integrated application with SSO (Single Sign On) for authentication

Played a key role in all the environment and infrastructure tasks involving installation

of PRPC, Frameworks

Acted as System Administrator and maintained Rule set, Application and access

group, Work Group.

Implementation of Decision tables, Decision Maps and Declarative expressions.

Created Mandatory and Situational document specialization for documents uploaded to Documentum.

Description:

The project developed a back end card dispute processing application for client. Pega’s Smartdispute 7.1.X was used. The application guided the user to process various disputes such as credit card disputes, On US disputes and debit card disputes. Application has been integrated with external systems such as Credit Card and Debit Card systems of record, MCOM/VROL, File Net. Disputes flow include, charge backs, small balance write offs, pre compliance, compliance, prearb, arb etc.

Responsibilities:

Customized SmartDispute OOTB flows to meet Business requirements.

Worked with the line of Business and BA’s to make TD bank compliance with all the

Associations Visa/MasterCard/American Express with their release documents every fall and spring.

Involved in Designs for the work flows and the integration pieces.

Created Several new Services with XML integration with Other legacy as well as Desktop systems through ESB

Implemented critical work flows part of day to day business operations the work flows are crucial to success of the system, especially considering the volume.

Automated several processes within TD Bank using PEGA PRPC like Fraud Automation which eliminated manual work in creating cases, Fraud Reporting and CB.
