Precisely engineered a corporate rollout of Fascor WMS in January 2011 by coordinating hands on training for all hourly personnel, offsite training for all management personnel, and created SOP’s for all warehouse functions. Benchmarked all labor activities in warehouse to establish sustainable labor standards.
