Supply Operations Support Manager

Developed and implemented a contingency plan to onboard 405 new employees in the event of a work stoppage at Honeywell Corporation, Blount Island FL, in support of the Prepositioning & Marine Corps Logistics Services contract (P&MCLS). Developed and implemented a detailed training plan to train the contingency workforce and a detailed on-boarding process to phase in 405 contingency workers over a three week period.
