Provides Subject Matter Expertise (SME), assistance, and representation in support of Emergency Response Systems (ERS) initiatives throughout the United States Marine Corps consisting of Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (E-LMR), Base Telecommunications Infrastructure (BTI), and Consolidated Emergency Response Systems (CERS).

Supply Operations Support Manager

Developed and implemented a contingency plan to onboard 405 new employees in the event of a work stoppage at Honeywell Corporation, Blount Island FL, in support of the Prepositioning & Marine Corps Logistics Services contract (P&MCLS). Developed and implemented a detailed training plan to train the contingency workforce and a detailed on-boarding process to phase in 405 contingency workers over a three week period.

Established work plans, schedules, and ensured resources were available for completion of projects. Coordinated and led activities of subordinates and cross functional teams. Analyzed tasks/job descriptions to establish needed staff personnel skill mixes to accomplish chartered work.
