Served as Plant Manager and efficiently managed operational capacity and manpower planning to efficiently meet schedules and budgets of $60+ million dollar production facility
Served as a Manager, Contract Manager and Assistant Manager for MacLellan Integrated Services on a $3+ million labor contracts providing critical process industrial cleaning services for automotive industry clients including a Subaru and Toyota; reported directly to all levels, from department managers on up to the President of Subaru America
Drove a cost savings activity of over $200,000 annually by reducing materials and enhanced safety, quality, and productivity
