Assists to plan and implement new IT initiatives or migration projects, including rollout of new installations, upgrades of hardware, software, or operating systems

Provides input and offer suggestions for IT initiatives under UNICEF

Assignments of additional duties and responsibilities are effectively performed

Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Install, maintain and administer emergency and security telecommunications including electrical power sources as part of the overall UNICEF emergency response. This involves installation and programming of BGAN satellite terminals, satellite phones, VHF/HF radio systems (base, mobile in vehicles, handled units), emergency power sources, and VSAT satellite terminal when required.
