During my first year I was sent to various properties as a Relief Manager until a Manager became available. These properties were located in Ft. Stockton, Odessa, Lubbock, and Joplin, MO. While in Odessa, I received over 20% of my income in bonuses for providing the company with occupancy levels to 100%, and increased Audit scores at this property by 23 points in 8 months. Personally completed the Hotel’s Daily Banking, Financial Records, Safe Logs and Daily Reports. Ordering through Purchase Pro and Maintaining Inventory to levels of 1.5-2 full turns. Continual supervision of PM Program with Maintenance staff on each room. HR provided continual conferences regarding hiring, record keeping and termination procedures for the 11-15 employees at each location. Scheduling and maintenance of Payroll hours on Dayforce, A/P and A/R on daily ledger logs in Excel, also use of the Optimizers and various spreadsheets, and kept P & L within company standards. Safety and Security measures included OSHA manuals and training. Sales calls monthly to local businesses, and vendors were received on a local and national level.

Sent Notification letters in order to prepare vehicles for auction. Maintained records on files and computer for 6 counties and worked closely with those Law Enforcement officers via fax and computer. Kept records for titles on said vehicles during the auction, and helped the new owners process paperwork.
