Computer Technician/Help Desk Support

Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues relating to laptops, desktops, printers, and connected peripherals. Including but not limited to projectors, scanners, copiers and fax machines.

Created personal back-ups for individual users and helped users navigate through software. Which included user specific programs, Microsoft Office Suite, IE/Firefox Browser, VLC Player, and etc.

Created and implemented computer images for use on military networks using Symantec Ghost software.

Compiled, routinely updated, and did an on-site review of assets every 3 months or before/after relocating. The inventory included assets worth $100,000’s and contained information relating to the assets owner, status, and location.

Server Administration

Maintained daily back-ups for a 0% data loss on Windows Server 2003/2008 using software such as ArcServe and Symantec Backup Exec.
