Stewarding Supervisor

Cincinnati Horseshoe Casino - Cincinnati, OH - July 2015 to Present Responsibilities

-Assign duties and tasks for culinary utility on all three shifts.

-Responsible for deep cleaning of Food and Beverage Kitchens and specific equipment and tools for the operations.

-Must adhere to safety and sanitation standards and regulations.

-Ensure employees are fully trained.

-Inspect kitchens for health code violations.
