Acted as project manager for the governmental road and works agency for all the road work (new roads and upgrading existing roads, utilities, civil work) in the capitol and the suburbs, coordinated and directed resources that allow sub-contractors to operate efficiently, prepared and presented projects to upper management and for strategic planning purposes, established meetings with contractors, consultants and staff. Total budget 240 million.

Brought on board to take over leadership on the construction of a camp base and road access for a Brazilian mining company that involved land surveying, earthworks, underground facilities, civil work for bridges (creation of a precast workshop), 60 miles of sub-grade road, and landscaping. Assigned by Sogea Satom to hire and train site and office teams, compare bids and select for sub-contractors, forecast and route the equipment through the forested area. On time, on budget completion at $8 million.
Managed the $8 million extension of the commercial port for Bollore Africa group in Conakry including creating a 2 mile rock fill dam and backfilling 8 million cubic feet of sub grade offshore with the constraints of the Atlantic tide. Overseeing day/night/weekend shifts to achieve time and budget goals.
