My overall experience involves serving as a business partner to large diverse union and nonunion employee populations. My 9+ years in HR as an assistant, Payroll Administrator then Recruiter coordinator, and now HR Coordinator have allowed me to grow and develop professionally and as a leader. I also have a strong passion for leading and developing staff while fostering an environment of teamwork and respect which is crucial for a highly visible role such as this.
