The SAP Implementation Project including SD, MM, PP, SCM and BI has been considered the largest SAP Implementation in Chinese fashion industry in 2015. It is also one of critical projects for Deloitte Consulting.

Implement business needs including: Sales & Distribution and Material Management and oversee the project activities through project life cycle (Project Preparation, Blue Print, Realization, Final Preparation and Go Live&Support);

Work as key member to identify sources of problems and initiatives, recommend new solutions and develop test scripts, execution plan and troubleshoot methodology. Maintain productive relationships between consulting team and business teams to facilitate cross-team communications;

Troubleshoot all configuration problems in enterprise sales and distribution structure, master data in different areas, sales order types, item categories, schedule line categories, deliveries, billing types, invoices, output determination, partner determination, text determination, account determination, copy control, availability check, credit management, intercompany business process, procurement, material substitution, LSMW for various upload, credit control area, credit groups, data determination, VOFM routines, purchasing, inventory management, logistics invoice verification and integration to PP and FICO;

Support cross-team activities such as accounting Month-End preparation and material master data corrections

Communicate with the business teams, gather business requirements and design business processes;

Configure IDOCS and other interfaces to integrate both between Retail and AFS and to other systems such as IPOS(store), SCM and X2(BS);

Draft functional requirement specifications for pricing process and prepare dataflow diagram for all of the business processes;

Prepare unit test scripts and checklist to be included in the functional specification.

Help design and test the pricing execution and identify bugs in price procedure, condition types, access sequence and pricing tables;

Prepare test scripts, support testing activities and work on training;

Train testers to execute the test steps in SAP and record the test results;

Analyze current Pricing Analytics Team as-is business process and map it to to-be business processes by identifying the gaps;

Work with Supply Chain Cost Team to identify data flow of cost records;

Prepare functional specification for the development of reports and interfaces;

Prepared unit test scripts and checklist to be included in the functional specification;

Help design and test the pricing execution and identify bugs in price procedure, condition types, access sequence and pricing tables;

Prepare test scripts for the Sales and Distribution.

Project 6: SAP Enterprise Structure Adjustment

Analyze incidents ticket about the potential risk of current setup for one division with team;

Meet business team to collect the business requirement;

Analyze current Supply Chain as-is business process and mapping it to to-be business processes by identifying the gaps;

Help define Supply Chain, Pricing Analytics, Business Process Expert and Master Data team’ priories and schedule of the projects;

Help draft functional requirement specifications;

Prepare dataflow diagram for all of the business processes. Help correct Sales Organization and Distribution Chanel configuration for this assigned business division;
