Road Maintenance Manager
Managed and maintained over 2,000 miles of bonded state and township roadways for CNX Gas and Cone Gathering. Responsible for approximately $3.5m in road maintenance and $4m in capital improvements. In charge of the selection of contractors, implementing work schedules, maintaining budget controls, releasing projects for bid, dealing with problematic landowners, setting up logistics for rig moves, as well as, public safety during fracing and completion operations.

County Maintenance Operations which included the management and supervision of 100 employees and 400 miles of state maintained road while managing paving, oil and chipping, slide repair, excavation and snow removal activities. ISO 14001 lead auditor for environmental compliance.
USACE EM 385-1-1 Safety Trained.
Started career as laborer/operator and quickly progressed through the ranks to Equipment Operator III. In 1985 was promoted to foreman in charge of guiderail crew for new and upgrade work for all of Washington County.
In 1989 was promoted to assistant county manager in Washington Co., managing four maintenance crews, tar-and-chipping crews, Paving and Roto-milling crews as well as slide repairs and winter maintenance operations.
In 2006, Equipment Manager, Washington County. Manage a fleet 0f 63 trucks, 25 diesel crew cab pickups and 74 pieces of road equipment, Graders, Rollers Paver and Milling Machine. As well as 101 small pieces. Accident Investigation, Safe Operator Procedures as well as Preventive Maintenance programs fall under this position as well as direct supervision of two mechanic supervisors and eleven diesel mechanics. Facilities management falls under this position as well.
2007/2008 county manager for PENNDOT in Greene County, managing county maintenance operations including the management of one hundred employees, four hundred miles of state-maintained road, as well as managing all paving, oil and chipping, slide repair, excavation, drainage and snow removal activities.
