Developed Title V operating permit application and ensured compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements for Olefins plants, GHU and PPU.
Developed Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP (Subpart FF) program to bring facility in compliance with requirements for a >10 Mg facility in anticipation of startup of second Olefins unit.
