More than forty (40) years experience with KBR in administration and supervision of Project Controls on large EPC projects, Project / Proposal Manager on various projects, managed various departments as a Director of Technical Services and managed C/S Department. I have a wide variety of experience in various product technologies in downstream petrochemicals such as refining, LNG, Ethylene, Cogeneration and other projects.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER – 1995 to 2016:
Responsible for supervision of personnel and evaluating, monitoring and reporting project costs and schedule data against a base line plan on large EPC projects. Also negotiated project changes with Clients, vendors and Subcontractors for compliance with the contract scope and execution plans. Ensured that financial invoices/reporting are properly implemented and followed up for prompt payment. Completed assigned projects within costs and on schedule.
Worked on the following projects:
EPC lump sum ethylene projects, one in BAYTOWN TX ($450MM) and other in SINGAPORE for EXXONMOBIL ($1.1 Billion)
Commercial Manager – Lump sum EPC SEAGAS LNG Project in Egypt ($4.0 Billion)
FEED Projects – JAZAN IGCC project in Saudi Arabia; SONANGOL Refinery in Angola, GORGON LNG in Australia, RESPOL LNG in Algeria and others. Work hours on these projects varied from 150,000 WHs to 750,000.

Refinery project for Beacon Oil Company, Hanford, CA
Refinery Expansion project for Ashland Petroleum Company, Catlesburg, KY
