Set up and operate Ilma 13” 9 and 11 color auto register combination press using Gravure, Screen, Letter Press, Flexo and Hot Stamp print techniques for printing mostly on film and paper, using magbase rotary die systems. Set up and operate an 10 inch 10 color Markandy LP 3000/2200/4500(17”) presses using Flexo techniques for printing mostly on film and paper, using water-base and UV inks. Press Operator

Set up and operate a 17 inch 9 color Markandy CTC press printing on mostly tag stock and film using air eject and male female die systems. Responsible for printing and packing all finished products, boxing them at press and sending directly to shipping department.

Set up and operate, as well as all plate mounting and wash up duties, on both the Gallus CI, A-160S and the Propheteer 13 inch inline with Chamber blade ink system using water based and solvent based inks, to print on rolls of Tyvek (pharmaceutical pouches). Set up and operate a 7 inch 3 color Markandy 820CI and 7 color 7 inch Markandy. Responsible for thru put production and quality using solvent and water based inks. Set up and operate an Inline 7 inch 4 color Webtron Flexographic printing press. Responsible for all prepress duties, quality and production, using solvent based inks to produce labels for various supermarket products.
