oManage day to day project coordination for a technical services support department. Main interface between the customer and UNICOM Engineering’s Technical Support Help Desk.
oCurrently overseeing multiple projects:
Directly responsible for working with vendors to expedite repair and return cycle of over 150 line item field replaceable units.
In cooperation with Nokia, planning a path for updating firmware and hardware in Verizon Messaging Platforms without loss of coverage or having to failover to secondary systems.
Managing the implementation and conducting corrective actions cases for new delivery methods with UNICOM’s logistic partner Flash Global.
Implemented new EDI methods for part transfers with Flash Global.
