Description
Order management process involve many systems to interact with each other to place an order. In order to place an order customer record should have valid address and unique CSN in the CRM system. Siebel being the master it will generate the CSN and send to Salesforce and it will be available to ordering system as well.
Before generating CSN, we should validate and set up the account hierarchy in CRM system. To obtain the CSN from Siebel, we will make a request to SOA server which intern make a request to Siebel and return the CSN and update in Salesforce Responsibilities Data loading

Description

Description

E-Tikit is a tool on which newsletters will be sent to the target audience for a particular campaign. Marketing is relatively inexpensive when compared to the ratio of cost against the reach of the target audience. Companies can reach a wide audience for a small fraction of traditional advertising budgets.
E- Marketers also have the advantage of measuring statistics easily and inexpensively. E- Marketing campaign can be traced, measured, and tested. The marketers can use a variety of tracking methods like mail opens, registered and click through in the newsletter.
