Job Responsibility in ZTE Telecom India Pvt. Ltd.:-

Communicating with customer on daily weekly monthly basis on Network Performance & KPI’s

Preparing Key Network Performance & KPI’s in terms of PPT for Corporate level review

Documentation & housekeeping of all major reports of corporate and circle

effectively and efficiently.

On Demand performance reporting interface of Customer Circle & corporate.

Interworking with MSS RAN O&M OMC-R NOC Projects on daily basis

Approving WCC (Work Completion Certificate) on P6 Portal of ZTE for Vendor payments

Preparation of Power point presentations for key internal and external meetings.

Job Responsibilities in Dev Projects Pvt. Ltd.:-

Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.

Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

Maintain of employee database like leave record, salary statement.

Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers.

Engage with employees on regular basis to understand the motivation levels of employees in the organization.

Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.

Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.

Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level.

Check travel and tour expenses & contractor bills and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts.

Managed Vendors as per client needs and requirement.

Preparing presentation before meeting.

End to End recruitment, HR Co-ordination

Screening, short-listing candidates and line up for interview schedule, follow up with candidates and companies.
