Job responsibility:
Perform studies and research for the new projects including six residential buildings, 30 bridges, 35 open channels waterways, eight drainage network projects, and 12 infrastructure projects.
Preparing all the needed documents including engineering drawings using computer aid design (CAD) and MS office software.
Estimating quantities, costs and specifications, managing tenders documents and performing negotiations
Staking the lay out, and execution of previous mentioned projects in field including all related processes, and plan surveying by using electronic instruments: Levels, TDL and Total Station.
Achieving quality control, assuring specifications, and writing different technical reports during execution processes.
Management of projects and working team consists of five engineers, 12 technical members, and 18 nontechnical members
Dealing with farmers (minimum five persons every day) who have problems and complaints to solving their problems in a satisfactory way after doing some analytical thinking to make the right decision.
