Duties:
Conducts verification of personnel hygiene compliance to GMP standards
Conducts verification of cleanliness and orderliness of production working areas in compliance to GMP standards
Verification of production process critical control points in ensuring conformity with whole plant
Records all non- compliance and deviations inside processing areas and whole plant
Daily validation of temperature of processing rooms, chiller and staging freezer
Daily calibration of monitoring equipments
Accomplishes monitoring records related to food safety and quality management systems during production
Conducts internal sensory evaluation to test acceptability and conformity of the product
Inspection of both incoming and outgoing items, ensuring conformity to the specifications and standards
Approves finished product release during dispatch
Conducts yield testing, analyze physico- chemical properties of all raw materials and finished products
Prepares certificate of analysis, sensory evaluation sheets and transmittal slip for client samples
Assists in the batch run for new products
Assists in the trainings and orientation of SOP’s and GMP
Assists during plant visit, client and regulatory audits
