Served as integral managing member of global group that launched infrastructure initiatives to support operations risk reporting and analysis, trade data integrity and nostro management in North America. Expanding responsibilities through two acquisitions.
Fostered the establishment and evolution of a culture of heightened operations risk awareness throughout the organization.
