Head Americas Subsidiary Finance – New Providence, NJ

Lead North and South America liquidity and capital processes including Project Finance/Funding Structures, cash investing and hedging/FX risk management

Implemented and standardized cash forecasting procedure across the region in order to improve cash visibility and optimize usage of funds

Restructured entire debt of Colombia through Intercompany loans by obtaining funding in Euros and implementing Cross Currency Swaps in COP obtaining savings of EUR 500,000 during first year
