I was working in Edison, New Jersey, USA, directly overseeing payroll processing for more than 24,000 employees in the USA comprising local hires, Expatriates, Exempts& Non-Exempts where Payroll system receives data from various modes such as Travel, Reimbursement, US Residency, HR Management, etc., Managing the bi-weekly pay cycle for around 7000 employees (local hires), monthly pay cycle processes for around 17,000 employees on settlement payroll (those leaving the company or returning to the home country).

Liaise with ADP, IRS, DOL, Attorneys, State & City agencies to answer notices, resolve queries and manage legal issues, co-ordinate with internal HR, Finance, Benefits and Business Analyst teams periodically to addressemployee’s grievances on payroll, expenses reimbursement & settlements
