• Provided product management and support for both online and local applications that processed the online payment and registration of over seven million tennis players that are members of the United States Tennis Association. Members participated and registered in three hundred thousand transactions monthly that involved them interfacing with the applications and systems that we at Active.com were responsible for maintaining, configuring, and enhancing.
• Created enhancement and improvement requests to the systems that were used to meet the demands of those participating in national tennis events that I found were necessary, based on the feedback and requests from end users, known as tournament directors, in the field. As product manager designed future system enhancements, and tracked the progress of these enhancements, that I believed would benefit tournament directors
with the logistics of scheduling and administering large tennis tournaments with over 500 participants. Application software would process payment, retain payment history, maintain database of players, schedule the times, dates, and sites of match play and run the overall logistics used to administer some of the nations largest tennis events.
• Provided first to third tier escalated support to tournament directors and training in the use of these software applications. Held on site training seminars in front of hundreds of end users on the functionality and use of these software applications.
• Performed regression testing of all enhancements and improvements prior to release into the production environment to ensure that no bugs were released into the production version of the applications.
• Participated in weekly high level meetings with USTA product managers to discuss future requirements and the current levels of performance in accordance to our Master Service Agreement.
