Project Description:

This project deals with design, develop and deploy modernized replacement of the Sales and Operations Systems of Encore Event Technologies and Freeman AV Canada. The main purpose of eOS system to replace existing systems (AVE, daVinci an EMS) and to support both autonomous entities; Encore and Freeman AV Canada. Project itself is complex because of consolidating two companies’ processes and operational procedures into one common web platform technology solution having CRM capabilities. Development of eOS is one of my favorite projects because of complexity involved and involvement of all departments of its core business operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform Business Process Modeling/Mapping of current state processes within ENCORE and FAVC, there by assessing the gaps to create centralized, flexible and adaptable “eOS” system.

Define the ideal and proposed future state process architecture by process engineering and state transition architecture definition.

Because ENCORE is relatively new into IT product development, as Senior Business Analyst, I represented ENCORE at project development team (Paraveda and Cigniti)

This project exclusively deals with the EasyVoucher portal development for QUADEL team that is agency running PHA

(Public Housing Association) for five locations across USA. It is a housing domain field. This application is a web portal

allowing customers (applicants, participants and property owners) to complete forms, sign/approve documents, and

confirm information, schedule transactions, submit documents and check transaction/service status. This is articulated in

sprint/module format. The modules would be standalone, completely capable of functioning independent of the others.

I have handled very complex modules in sprint 1; User Administration: developing the components, defining user roles

and dictating the roles to the both external and internal users. In Sprint 2: worked on Pre-program application (pulling

the waist list of qualified Applicants), Contracting (having the portal perform legal documentation with respect to terms

and conditions. In the last sprint 3; Rent increases (how the processor, Unit owner and tenant can handle the Rent

Project Description:

LASER (Legacy Analytical Sequel Environment Remediation) has multiple streams that currently exist in the SQL2000 environment. This project is scoped for purpose of proper execution of shutdown of the SQL2000 environment. The SQL2000 decommission effort is a COAF (Capital One Auto Finance) Strategic Projects. The SQL2000 RDBMS is obsolete technology that will no longer be supported by the vendor in 2012 The SQL2000 databases reside on an ES7000 server that is prone to breakdown and was the cause of a recent Severity 3 Incident. COAF will ‘cost avoid’ 1MM in ETO maintenance/hosting costs through SQL2000 shutdown.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the specifications for Data Warehouse ETL Processes and interacting with the data analysts, and the Database end users for informational requirements.

Worked on detailed repeatable User stories and Test cases for applications, interviewed developers to gain detailed information on complex calculations and backend exception processing in order to validate the back end utilizing SQL query Analyzer.

In the Correspondence and statement letters stream dependent on databases that still loads SQL2000 Identify the dependency of correspondence processes (Adhoc, Statements, 15min email, LS letters, Auto Letters, Adverse Action, Real Time) on ODS1.
