taxes (K-1’s) issue; (This includes heavy interfacing with Auditors for our quarterly reviews and changes in GAAP guidelines);

Being the Corporate Controller of the company (which own 27.73 prime land in the strip and with currently 150 tenants) part of my duty is to make sure that Property Managers is on top of all tenants rentals paid on time with proper CAM charges or percent of sale (triple net lease);

Part of the senior management team that completed the consolidation of local $40M waste company and packaged the enterprise resulting in the sale of the business to the industry leader for $300M. Successfully managed the initial transition period from local privately held company to the largest publicly held enterprise in the industry.
