Management Skills

●Establish key process indicators (KPI’s) and implement preventive and corrective actions to eliminate the root causes of poor quality and delivery problems

●Maintain and Implement working instructions, procedures and manual for quality and environmental management system (ISO 9001/TS 16949/ISO 14001)

●Improve and monitor the quality management system to reduce customer PPMs (Part Per Million) significantly

●Develop internal audits and an audit schedule compliant with TS 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

●Review and approve process validations, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis ( PFMEA), document changes, and define critical dimensions for prints

●Prepare internal and quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing trends for failed processes, stability studies, recalls, and corrective actions

●Evaluate and work with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors on reducing of customer returns

●Manage multiple QA teams, assign responsibilities, interview, hire, and train new employees

●Cooperate with aerospace customers and make sure meet their requirements such as AS 9100C & NADCAP

●Identify quality improvement processes, methods, systems and analysis, using quality tools such as pareto chart, control chart, histogram and evidence informed decision making

●Improve productivity by implementing management system for tracking performance against goals and highlighting problem areas for improvement

●Develop programs specific for each area that helped new employees learn Standard Operating Procedures as well as follow-up throughout the year to monitor progress

●Provide training for internal auditors to conduct audit according to TS 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and support annual surveillance and recertification audits
