Detachments December 2010, March 2011, April 2012. During these Operations Performed maintenance on six

aircraft while performing everyday tasks such as pre-operational checks on Equipment and tools. Overlooking and

documenting discrepancies found on aircraft, tools, and equipment for insurance of proper corrective actions.

During the six months with Continental the main focus of the company was to produce/ manufacture products efficiently. The roll I filled was Autonomous Operator on the assembly line. This instilled the fundamentals of six sigma and how to be as effective with as possible with limited resources and time. During a daily operations would include operating 3-7 machines simultaneously while troubleshooting manufacturing faults, ordering more material, time management to include break, lunches, shutdowns, and scheduled maintenance.

General Electric Houston Service Center- Houston, TX

At HSC I have learned to perform manufacturing operations and tasks on daily basis. Performed task with deadlines per customer demands. Learning the different processes, from the incoming inspection to complete overhauls/ remanufacturing of Turbo Expanders and Gas turbines. On weekly basis operate on various compressors/rotating elements. Operating speed of rotating elements vary from 3000 rpm to 60,000 rpm. During Inspections identify damage and discrepancies with photos and written description. Interpret schematics and blueprints to identify tolerances for measurements, interference, damage limits. On a daily basis use of precision tooling usually using ten thousandths of an inch instruments. Depending on work evolution may work in teams or automatously. Coordinate with technical planners and project managers to ensure the projects meet deadlines. On a weekly basis perform task Pneumatic, hydraulic tooling. Daily operations include use of crane and forklift, crane operations to include rigging and flipping/spinning of components over 13 tons.
