Assisted in vessel and customer service duties for Victoria Clipper a high-speed passenger only ferry service between Seattle and Victoria. Vessel holds approximately 324 passengers. Clipper Navigation provides multiple transportation and vacation packages including hotel and tour packages for WA, OR and BC.

Provided customer service and ensured safety protocol was maintained. Assisted over 60,000 passengers.

Excursion, tour and gift shop sales duties. Achieved daily sales of $800, company objective was $600.

Coordinated with Captain, First Mate and Customer Service Supervisor to achieve loading and discharging of passengers and luggage in a timely and efficient manner. Zero safety incidents during employment.

Assisted Captain and First Mate in dock support to vessel activities. Zero incidents of damage to vessel.
