1.Development of neutralizing antibody fragments against Japanese Encephalitis virus and Tetanus toxin through phage display technology.

2.Development of identification of neutralizing antibody fragments against CVS strain of Rabies virus through phage display technology.

PRODUCTS CONTRIBUTED:

1.Development of Recombinant vaccine against porcine cysticercosis.

The world s first vaccine for porcine cysticercosis has been developed (Indigenously) and registered under the brand name of CYSVAX. It s a recombinant vaccine developed using Pichia pastoris as an expression platform. The vaccine will be commercialized soon across the world.

WORK EXPERIENCE AS QA R&D Quality Assurance (Technology transfer)

QA professional in technology transfer at R&D centre, Indian Immunologicals limited.

QA EXPERIENCE in R&D:

1.Involved in the technology transfer of the self developed recombinant cysticercosis vaccine from R&D to production.

2.Involved in the technology transfer of single chain variable fragment based assay for Hepatitis A antigen quantifiation in ELISA.

3.Extremely knowledged in preparing the technology transfer documents.

4.Well knowledged in developing the Product developement report (PDR) documents in related to bio pharma molecules.

5.Involved in preparation of several termination documents of projects handled in the R&D centre.
