The Project is Electrolux Project which is existing in the Europe, Asia and Australia Regions. The Several Technologies involved are JDE, Congo’s, Lotus notes etc. I am presently working in the JDE team in the JDE Australia region as a SSE in the one World platform, for both support and development.

The scope involves understanding the client process and solving tickets pertaining to issues and performing RFS and development activities. The Change Management system is HP service center where the issues are logged and the JDE team scope is to meet the client deadlines within the SLA defied by the client based on the criticality of the issues and tickets.
