Projects

1.Title Twitter Sentiment Analysis using R: Project is done in RStudio GUI which uses the libraries of R programming languages. This product collects tweets from twitter using Twitter API and stores all the tweets in HDFS using Flume-agent. I had worked on building GUI(Graphical User Interface) in Java using Java Swing which connects flume to store tweets (JSON format) in HDFS, Hive to create table and store tweets information, R Programming was used Language to do the sentiment analysis of the tweets.

2.Modeling in Hive using R: In this project Vehicle data was taken from Hive using Rhive in R and Build the GLM model and predict the Vehicle Break-Down and store the model back in Hive with Hive UDF Score function created in Java.

3.Setting up of Single & Multi-Node Hadoop Cluster: I have configured single and multi-node hadoop (1.2.1) cluster in centos (6.5) Linux independent Operating System. I have also configured hadoop services like Hive, Pig, Mahout, Flume, Oozie, RHadoop, Hive MetaStore, MySQL. For multi-Node hadoop cluster I have used 10 Centos Machines setup their static ip address and network all the machine so that we can access any machine from master node as well as master node also can be accessible from client node.

4.Stock Market Prediction Based on Neural Network Using Hadoop MapReduce Techniques: Developed an allocation for stock price prediction. In this application we are using Artificial Neural Networks (Multi Layer Perceptron Neural Network) to train and predict the closing prices of stock for end of the day data. Training of Neural Network requires thousands of iterations, for high accuracy we need to train the Neural Network with huge amount of data. To train the huge amount of data with neural network takes days to weeks together for completion. To overcome this issue we are using Hadoop Map Reduce technology for parallel processing with minimum hardware requirement in a cluster of machines.
