The restructuring of corporate culture, dedicated to embracing continuous significant improvement on all company

• Provided expert EHS engineering support to Sheet metal contract manufacturer specializing in design build of high purity
gas cabinetry within a Class 10,000 cleanroom, by successfully working through compliance concerns with Arizona OHSA.

Arizona Precision Sheet Metal - Phoenix AZ. (March 2007 to January 2010)
Manager of Plant Facilities Operations for a $51 Million dollar a year, multi-site (international) Contract Manufacturing company providing plating and painting of box build electronics and sheet metal to clients in the Gaming and Medical industries, utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management program.
• Coordinated all Maintenance Work Orders for 200,000+ square foot manufacturing plant and production equipment.
• Responsible for construction/repair projects, service contracts, equipment selection, with preplanning, installation and

Facilities Engineering: Construction Management Projects
• Provided engineering for LEAN manufacturing lines by demonstrating cost savings through in-house design and
construction by Facilities Operations group.
• Project Manager on $24k ‘Prototyping’ training room and $16k Administrative office rearrangement using LEAN concepts.
• Partnered with management on specification, purchase and installation of $1.5 million dollar automated laser nesting punch
and additional CNC equipment. Installation completed in-house, No manufacturing downtime and within budget.
• Project Lead on $21k design and construction of warehousing facility meeting all local, state and federal fire code
compliance regulations for warehousing and storage facilities and ensured building code compliance throughout.
•Provided engineering support to manufacturing as required for proposed injection molding equipment expansion. ($32K).
Energy Conservation (utility cost reduction)
• Shop Lighting Program replacement of shop lighting from High bay to T-Fluorescents. ($78K energy bill reduction)
• Chiller Enhancements - Design specification & Installation of (2) TRANE 250T chillers coupled with (2) BAC Cooling
Towers.
Installation of a Heat Exchanger loop created “economizer circuit” there by reducing chiller operation during cooler months.
This resulted in reduced energy costs.
Establishing SOPs’ and PMs’ reduced chemical usage costs by increasing cycles in cooling towers (Project cost $280K)
Environmental, Health & Safety
• Obtained City of Phoenix Wastewater Discharge permit for Contract Manufacturing facility. (Application completed & filed)
• Company received City “award of compliance” for on-line wastewater treatment system by leading system improvements.

Construction Management Coordinator Consultant
Applied Mechanical Consultants – Phoenix, AZ (October 2006 to January 2007)
• Project engineering consultant for major semiconductor manufacturer 300mm wafer fab, working with all mechanical and
electrical contractors to execute design and installation of equipment and services for high purity water, chilled water and
wastewater treatment. (Total project cost ~$76.2 mil)
• Led sub fab construction team through acquisition, layout, installation, troubleshooting with QA/QC sign off.
Facilities Ultra Pure Water Project Engineer
STMicroelectronics – Phoenix, AZ (June 2004 to September 2006)
Managed the co-ordination of all activities relating to the expansion of the site High Purity Water system. (HERO)
• Provided total Construction Project Management for steel mezzanine, complete turn key HERO/EDI system and
Reclaim Water system to cooling towers. Specifications, design review, Contractor selection, Budget and development
of submittals for City Included. (Cost $18.9 Mil)
• Presented operational system to Corporate Management On time and Within budget, with No Interruption to Production.
• By working with Corporate Lab personnel established water quality and analytical sampling for “Beneficial Use of Water”.
Acid Waste Neutralization Facilities Project Engineer
• Engineering and construction for upgrade of existing system to 800 gpm discharge. Responsibilities included; Design
scope, bid review with contractors and maintain uptime of system during installation modifications.
