Experienced on Turbine Controls retrofit and reverse engineering Siemens MKII to Rockwell-Allen Bradley/S7 system and upgrade the package, Remote monitoring and building up local HMI.

•Functional test (FAT) and configure the Control devises regarding Turbine retrofit, modifying, package upgrading, troubleshooting and familiar with control devices such as: Allen-Bradley Modules, Prosoft, JAQUET, Stratix switches, PILZ Relay, Vibration devices (CML, Bentley Nevada 3500, Sensonic ) and etc.
•Familiar and understanding PLC Siemens MKII, PCS7 (operating), (Rockwell) RSLogix/Studio5000 (troubleshooting and software improvement), RSLinx, Factory Talk, ControlFlash software and support field service technicians remotely.
• upgrading/ reverse engineering Siemens MKII to Allen Bradley System PLC, HMI and Remote Monitoring.

Overhaul, stripping and building (Mandrel alignment) SGT engines. Building and bladed TAs, TBs and SGT100-200 Rotors + CT /PT or LP/HP, balance all types of Rotors with Low speed (Max 2000rpm) Schenck balancing machine and also hammer check the bladed / Unbladed Rotors.
Ability to work with hammer check software and blade distribution software. Alignment Turbine with PT/Generator/Gearbox.
August 2015- 18th MAY 2016: MECHANICAL FITTER/Siemens – Lincoln (Teal Park):
Stripping or refurbishing SGT series turbines including 100, 200, 300 and 400 in Siemens workshop. Assemble turbine casing (CT support, LP & HP stators and Inlet support), doing casing alignments, Bearings blue bed test, Slide test, measurements (Vernier, Metal set, feeler gauges and etc.), assembling turbine components, Rotor Tip clearance, assembling combustion chambers by using engineering flow figures and drawing, line up and couple dual/single shaft engine (GG and PT). Check junction boxes (Thermocouple, vibration/speed probes). Apprentice training and worked with highest standards of Health & Safety all times. Team working and cooperating with colleagues and engineering crew. Able to work with drawings and engine guide travellers. Working with overhead cranes and engine lifting equipment.

Cooperating in (Roode Shoor Power Plant) Project to overhaul all fuel and oil valves of turbo generator V94.3 for 3 weeks from 21st of March 2014
JULY2008-JUNE 2012: IRANIAN OFFSHORE OIL COMPANY (IOOC) IRAN KHARK ISLAND:
Kharg Island Dorood3 Oil Project New Plant. Repair and Maintenance, and preventive maintenance of Different field instrument in Dorood 3 Oil Plant including water, power & stem Generation unit Oil Separation plant and Gas sweetening unit, Gas compression (400BARG)and water injection(250BARG) units to the Wellhead . Controlled by Fisher Delta V DSC system. Rosemount Field instrument, Smart control valve (FISHER, ABB, SIEMENS), hydraulic wellhead control panel (Petrofac controls Unit) for production well and injection well.
