-Assisted the Procurement Manager with all US material procurement, engineering, and design efforts for US Government overseas construction projects. Specialized in Electrical Procurement, but also handled Mechanical systems, e.g. HVAC units.

-Performed Procurement engineering evaluation and item equivalency evaluations in support of site engineering departments.

-Provided engineering expertise to the procurement officers to assist in product selection.

-Developed and maintained excellent relations with suppliers to help make the Procurement process as straightforward as possible.

-Attempted to independently develop new methods of efficiency to save employee man-hours, e.g. gained enough proficiency in Excel VBA to successfully write a code to automatically extract drawing amendment information from pdf releases of changes, then file the changes in the company’s Excel tracking workbooks. -Helped design a milli-scale endoscopic cutting and extraction arm to fit on previously developed standalone endoscopic imaging robots.

-Designed circuit concept, helped select and finalize component selections, and used human factors study to assign product layout for battery-powered glasses with variable tint level.

-Designed, coded, and wired Arduino controlled stopwatch with lap and reset functions.

-Created binary output represented by both real wired LEDs as well as an on-screen virtual display that included numerical tabulated history of lap times.
