Taken several projects in the unit for waste removal, cost reduction and packing improvement. This has resulted in revival of over 10 cr of cash from unsold product, reduced cost of over 20 lac / annum through various initiatives and better work environment.

Enhanced packing capability by 40% and reduced packing costs through changes in machining operations, improvement in packaging systems and modifications such as:

Reduced machine loss due to puffing from 150 gms / mt pkg of carbon black to 10 gms / mt.

Changes in bag design / packaging material for cost reduction with no compromise on quality of pkg.

Improved packing machine efficiency rate by 30% through in-house modifications & constant care.
