Perform inspection on construction materials and consumables.
Verify that construction materials and consumables conform to construction specification and requirements.
Review MTR Mill Test Report for construction materials.
Develop inventory for construction material.
Develop and maintain material tracker for issuing construction material from storage warehouse as per job order.
Ensure heat numbers are transferred to P.O.P/Piece Of Pipe for traceability.
Ensure exotic materials (S/S, DUPLEX, SUPER DUPLEX) are separated from materials and work activities which may contaminate them.

Perform checks on compliance of ready mix concrete delivery, pour cards and slump test.
Monitor orgaring for concrete piles.
Monitor clearing and restoration of ROW (Right Of Way)
Monitor excavation of trenches.
Monitor HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling)
Monitor back filling of trenches after laying 56” pipeline.
Monitor and supervise restoration of roadways damage from construction road crossings.
