Present

Senior Document Control Lead – WorleyParsons, Houston, TX

Currently the Document Control Lead for BP Projects and Mods (P&M) managing 10 – 18 document controllers. Responsible for uploading and maintenance of all documents in SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) and SharePoint for both upstream and downstream projects. Document Control support for all projects currently using Encompass. Responsible for all personnel day to day activities. Required to update all procedures relative to Document Control and Data Management quarterly. Responsible for uploading documents to BP’s Documentum and Atlas systems. Attend bi-weekly meetings with client to ensure all deliverables are received in a timely manner. Currently testing BP’s SharePoint 2010 system to ensure it will meet current requirements for accepting documents. Routinely prepares reports for Program Mangers and Project Engineers through the SPF database system. Responsible for accuracy on all documents submitted by third party companies, vendors, and suppliers.

Previously responsible for uploading specifications in an Electronic Document Management System (Encompass). Edit all specifications for technical content and formatting prior to presentation to vendors through RFQ packages. Maintain document control functions for drawings, reports, and specifications. Upload documentation through eRoom and Documentum for final distribution to Chevron.

2003 - 2006

Configuration Management Administrative Assistant – Spacehab, Houston

Provided support to NASA for the International Space Station by streamlining processes and procedures. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of processes to support program baseline for continuing contract administration. This included creating and maintaining databases as well as reviewing documentation to insure accurate and up-to-date information for JSC NASA. Transferred and merged information into Excel spreadsheets for review by NASA management. Backup for Data Management and Configuration Management Receipt Desk.

2001 - 2003

Prepared and managed commercial contracts in excess of $100K and government contracts of $50K and below. Projects included contract administration activities, task order reviews, tracking subcontracts and proposals and communication with contractors, subcontractors, and contract administrators.
