Recovered over $30,000,000.00 for clients over the past 18 years. Tried in excess of 30 cases to verdict including a 16 week trial against the State of Arizona and Navajo County that resulted in a $3,500,000.00 verdict. Instrumental in demanding institutional changes, in several Medical Malpractice cases, which have resulted in not only recovering compensation for clients, but also making hospitals and health care facilities a safer place for the community as a whole. Served as a lecturer and consultant to the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons since 2009 and helped the Association and its membership develop strategies to reduce the risk of being sued for professional malpractice.
