OLIE (Online Loan Information Exchange): This is basically a public facing web site used by both internal Stonegate employees and external customers. Here external customers mean Third Party loan Originators (TPO) or brokers and Correspondent Financial Institutions (CFI) or small banks. In other way OLIE is divided into three sub applications Retail, CFI and TPO. A borrower can approach to Stonegate directly or TPOs or CFIs to get a loan. To get the loan process from open till close need to go via a certain workflow with various loan statuses. Here a loan status can start with Mortgage Adviser and closes with Closer.

Morgan Stanley is known as one of the leading investment banks in the world and has one of the top financial advisor sales forces. Involved in developing web based application GenApp, using ASP.Net. This is a Content Management application and is a two step workflow. The creator creates the content and sends for approval (1st step) and then the approver approves the content (2nd step). Apart from this there is another important feature in this application called the 'Search'. The application uses two technologies 1. IDOL (search engine) 2. Restful WCF service to provide the searched data to the application.

Designed, architected and developed GenApp using ASP. Net, C# 3.5, 4.0 to create all the required user interfaces.
