. Responsible for manufacturing industrial grade diamond infused cutting wire in a newly emerging

photovoltaic market with unique methods and sophisticated plating equipment.

. Repaired and maintained nearly 60 copper and nickel plating machines to 100 percent efficiency, including

routine weekly and monthly preventative maintenance operations, such as; repairing faulty pulleys,

bearings, pumps, motors, filters, hydraulic lifts, gears, fuses as well as keeping fluids and solutions within

spec and making sure all gauges and parts are working correctly.

. Responsible for strict documentation and record keeping with use of computer software programs to

monitor wire diameter, filtration, temperature, amps, offset and speed of the wire wind.

North East Transformer Services – Cortland, NY July 2009 – July 2010 (moved to Colorado)

Transformer Assembly

. Operated forklift while carrying heavy loads of distances up to 300 yards.

. Wide knowledge and experience with tools and machines such as grinders, buffers, sand blaster, oil pumps,

chain hoists, come alongs, and power tools as well as responsible for checking electrical continuity of each

unit and testing non pcb oil with a dialectric machine.

. Responsible in keeping the assembly line flowing at high volume in a fast paced environment.

. Disassembled and assembled faulty transformers checking for broken switches, fuses, terminals, high and

low voltage bushings and various other parts as well as inspecting and changing worn gaskets on all units.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

AWS Welder Operator Certification

Water Operator Certification Grade B and C

A.A.S. degree in Construction and Environmental Technology from Tompkins Cortland Community College
