Sabel Carton Packing Machine Controls Retrofit (2 Machines) (May- Jul, 2012):
-Upgraded PLC from AB PLC 5 to AB 1756 L61 for Kellogg’s.
-Designed and installed a Panel View Plus 1000 HMI.
-Added Data Logix bar code reader to the machine.
-Later integrated both the machines to the Ignition SCADA deployment for automated production reporting and recipe logging.

-Simulated a flexible manufacturing cell which included a Lab volt 5200 robot as a welding arm, a Fatek PLC as a control unit and a conveyor system.
