-Successfully managed multiple drawing drafting projects for customers based in North America.

Sabel Carton Packing Machine Controls Retrofit (2 Machines) (May- Jul, 2012):

-Upgraded PLC from AB PLC 5 to AB 1756 L61 for Kellogg’s.

-Designed and installed a Panel View Plus 1000 HMI.

-Added Data Logix bar code reader to the machine.

-Later integrated both the machines to the Ignition SCADA deployment for automated production reporting and recipe logging.

Chemical Plant SCADA Screen Design (Jun- Jul, 2012):

-Designed screens for Deltech Corporation (Newark, NJ) using Wonderware.

American Water SCADA Screen Design (Mar, 2012):

-SCADA Screens for American Water NJ.

-Modified Screens using GE iFix.

Kellogg Plant Equipment Interlock (Dec, 2011 - Feb, 2012):

-Designed and Documented plant Ethernet network for Kellogg’s.

-Deployed the Ignition SCADA solution.

-Modified programs to enable data communication between equipment.

-Established communication of the Ignition SCADA with over 15 machines over the duration of the project.

Air Compressor Controls Retrofit (Jun, 2011):

-Designed and installed a control system for Ateliers Francois Air Compressors at Silgan Plastics.

-Programmed a Micro-Logix 1400 and C-more touch screen.

-Integrated over an industrial network with a centralized monitoring and control system.

Flexible Manufacturing Cell (Nov, 2010):

-Simulated a flexible manufacturing cell which included a Lab volt 5200 robot as a welding arm, a Fatek PLC as a control unit and a conveyor system.

-Included RFID tagging for identifying work piece.

-Included GSM Modem for remote turn on/off

-Included OPC Server and a visual studio based HMI.

ITMA 2015 (Milan, Italy): Attended a 5 day Exhibition and conference for textile machines, technology and chemicals.
