I was responsible for 3 select regions of about 30 schools across the U.S. and ensured that hundreds of contracts, ad approvals and tasks for those regions were processed and had met their respective tight deadlines and goals. As a department, our ultimate goal was to maintain a high standard of cusotmer satisfaction and high percentage of customer collections.
