I have over ** years of experience rooted in engineering and design, technical sales, installation, programming and commissioning of Integrated AV systems. I have had extensive training along with a B.S. in business finance which has proved very helpful at running a successful company. Technology Consultants Group, LLC – M errillville, IN (October 2001 – Present) President and Sole Member

TCG, LLC is an organization that brings technology solutions to our clients that will make them more efficient and bring many subsystems together making them function in unison. My position focused on bringing the proposed technologies into the facilities and making sure the systems designed meets the needs and exceeds expectations by making systems easy to operate and understand as well as function at 100% utilization. Duties include:

Attending initial meetings with clients, assessing the current environment and technology, determining their needs, engineering a design to meet those needs, helping all involved to understand the solution, educate the client and to address and questions they may have. Create engineering documentation such as bills of materials, drawings and interconnection diagrams. Attending trade shows and events, making final decisions on product mix and vendor relations,and furthering my training every chance i get.

L isted below are a few accomplishments:

● Led the company from sales of $300,000 to $600,000 per year with a staff ranging from 3 7 people.

● Led the marketing and created the market to the local business community, including state and local governments and private companies.

● Was nationally recognized in “Systems Contractor”for the design and solution for all the Lake County Courtrooms AV Systems here in Northwest Indiana. o In this project we designed Crestron Panel Pages that both the Judges and Court reporter could operate the system with easy utilizing only two pages. o Engineered the system to do all that was required and to come in within certain budgetary requirements.

o Came up with a network solution that was both secure and separate from the County o network that they approved and is working great to this day. o Configured the Symetrix DSP to function with existing Microphones, integrated it with the court reporting recording system (FTR) and operate with assisted listening devices all while using 70 Volt speakers to get great audio in each room. o Create engineering documentation such as bills of materials, infrastructure drawings and connection diagrams.

NISOURCE – M errillville, IN (August 1999 March 2001) Staff IT and NETWORK SUPPORT ANALYST

● Managed company projects such as the rollout of 1500 laptop computers to all clients of every business unit in the Merrillville, IN corporate office location.

● Managed a team of contractors in the effort to migrate all 1500 machines from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 using a script file and a server to migrate every machine remotely to get project complete on time.

● I was one of the first of the IT staff to start utilizing our SMS remote application for remote troubleshooting of systems.

● Maintained the AV and smartboards in the corporate office and serviced very high level staff in very critical situations.

● Managed to eventually take on the servicing of printers in the environment in an effort to save money from having subcontractors come out to the site.

AudioTek Inc.– Valparaiso, IN (August 1993 – February 1999 President

● Designed and Installed Audio Video Systems for Custom Homes and businesses in the area. We specialized in providing solutions for many different types of projects. We were involved in Audio Video, Security, Lighting and Automation, Shading and Structured Cabling.

● Operated in the commercial environment about 40% of the time back during this time. RELATED SKILLS and INTERESTS

● Proficient in microsoft word, excel, powerPoint, bluebeam, stardraw and DTools.

● Nearly 25 years of Technical Design and Engineering of AV Systems as well as Crestron Programming and control4 programming.

● Great understanding of Networks, Pro AV, Access Control, CCTV, Sound Masking and 70 Volt Paging and Mass notification systems.
