Mobility Manager (2007- 2015)
Completed an extensive Mobility Vendor Review to determine the appropriate vendor business partner for Pearson.
Created 5 distinct levels of benefits that were tied broadly to job level and applied consistently across all US businesses. This provided a tax savings to Pearson for those who enrolled in the vendor home sale program.
Created a Mobility Vendor Survey for the employee to complete after the move is complete.
Created and distributed a non-cash award policy for all of the Pearson publishing businesses.
Domestic Mobility:
Consulted with HR Business Partners and their businesses to ensure appropriateness and consistency of all relocation offers.
Communicated the relocation policy components with each employee and initiated the move through our vendor (Weichert Workforce Mobility) where applicable.
Audited and approved all relocation expenses; categorized taxable and reportable relocation expenses to be reported on the transferee’s W2.
Counseled and helped settle employees on all aspects of their life changing move to an unfamiliar location.
Global Mobility:
Liaised with HR and the Global Mobility Team when transferees were going on assignments to or from the US.
Troubleshot pay, benefit, accounting and tax issues.

Collected year-end Payroll data to ensure correct tax reporting.
